    "There was a shortage of courtesy cars that wasn't mentioned when setting up the appointment. I thought I had wasted leaving work early and fighting through rush hour traffic up 95 and around the beltway (on a day where going 8 miles on the beltway was 40 minutes) for nothing. Fortunately, a car was returned while I waited. In replacing my windshield, the VIN # became unstuck, but that was temporarily fixed (pending getting a new one in) and well explained by the service team. Things like that happen, and it was caught and handled well. When returning my courtesy car, I forgot to refill ithe gas tank. Instead of charging me the ridiculous rate for gas, I was allowed to go pop out and fill it up. My service was scheduled for a Saturday as I live in Pennyslvania and did not want to deal with weekday work traffic. When I arrived early, I was greeted by Allen who assured me that I would not have to wait as the "team" was ready to begin my service experience. As part of the "checking in", I was told approximately what my service was going to involve and cost. Then I was shown to the lounge area so that I could comfortably await the conclusion of my Mini's service. During my wait time, Allen checked with me regularly giving me updates and a recommendation for additional service (rotation of tires) which I agreed to. When the service was completed, Allen, once again, came to me personally and went over everything with me and I was back on the road again to Pennsylvania in a very timely fashion.     "Overall the experience was outstanding. However, now I'm getting automatic emails that somehow I've "declined" recommended servicing. I'm more than a bit miffed at being out of warranty and having to spend $1,400 to repair TWO leaks (and oil leak and somekind of coolant leak) and somehow, I've DECLINED recommended service? What the heck is going on? My MINI is not quite 3 years old and has 51,000 miles.
